Did you know that jellyfish are 98% water and they do not have a brain, blood, lungs, or heart? It's also believed that one species of jellyfish may be immortal.

World Animal Day on Tuesday 4 October is a great reminder to celebrate, appreciate, respect and protect every animal, from the biggest to the very smallest, across land, sea and water. This free ready-to-print worksheet pack for junior secondary Science will have students exploring how animals are classified, the common features of animals, and the difference between vertebrates and invertebrates. Back to our friend the immortal jellyfish!

Pair with some animal bingo to get warmed up, and your lesson is ready to go. So get a jiggle on, and download the free junior secondary Science lesson.
